Metering your Power

If you need to monitor all or some of your power, Socomec offers power metering equipment that can do this for you. We see applications where large facilities need to monitor power used by specific operations or motors, or the need to monitor how much power is being used be a section of the facility. Socomec’s product is revenue-grade and the accuracy is very high.

Socomec’s approach to Power Metering is not traditional. All components are equipped with RJ45 and RJ12 connectors and can be easily configured. When monitoring multiple 3-phase circuits, voltage reference is only taken once. Multiple CT types are offered depending on needs (Solid Core, Split Core, Rigowsky Coil) and Socomec is able to monitor larger voltage and current conditions than other manufacturers. In addition, Socomec’s Configurator will automatically identify the items needed for a system and provide a Bill of Materials and Wiring Diagram.
